If you are not 100% satisfied with a product because it arrives not as described or defective in any way, let us know and you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund.

Do not throw away your product if there are any problems - we want to know what exactly has gone wrong in the event of an unsatisfactory product so that it doesn’t happen again! We'll cover postage.

Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted simply for a change of mind.
Processing times:
2-5 days - this allows us plenty of time to make fresh products that we may not already have in stock, get them packaged and send them out to you!
Postage times:
We send our parcels through AusPost either Regular or Express as selected by you at the time of checkout.
Regular parcel postage is around 4-7 days delivery. Express parcel postage is around 1-3 days delivery.
Parcels are sent directly from our studio in Hervey Bay, Queensland.
