Processing times:
2-5 days - this allows us plenty of time to make fresh products that we may not already have in stock, get them packaged and send them out to you!Postage times:
We send our parcels through AusPost either Regular or Express as selected by you at the time of checkout.Regular parcel postage is around 4-7 days delivery.
Express parcel postage is around 1-3 days delivery. Parcels are sent directly from our studio Hervey Bay, Queensland.
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, it arrives not as described, or is defective in any way, please let us know and you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund.
Do not throw away the product, if there are any problems we want to know exactly what has gone wrong so that it doesn’t happen again! We'll cover the postage back to us!
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted simply for a change of mind.
